You can determine how prepared you are to take the PMP exam based on your score on this simulator:
- Less than 60%: You are still not there yet. It’s recommended that you concentrate on your knowledge gaps and retake your practice tests.
- Between 60% and 70%: You are almost there. If you still have time before the exam date, you can use it for more practice.
- More than 70%: You’re prepared! You have a good chance now to pass the exam and hit above target in all domains!
All attemps history are accessible under “Quiz Results” in the Profile menu

FAQs PMP Simulator

How can I start the simulator?

To start the course, go to My Dashboard and then click on View My Courses. Next, click on the simulator card, and it will open the simulator page. Here, you can find a menu under the page banner. Click on the option Simulator Content to find the question sets. All you need to do is to click on the first set to start.

When will my simulator access expire?

Course access will expire in 90 days, starting from the date of course enrollment.

What time will my simulator start?

This simulator was designed to offer you complete flexibility in setting your learning pace. You can start any time you wish after enrolment.

How to plan your studies?

You have 90 days to complete the course from the date of enrolment. You can plan your studies to best suit your busy schedule. We suggest doing at least 4 hours of study per week to complete the simulator within the access period.

Who can I contact if I have questions about the content?

If you have any question concerning the simulator, you can send us a direct email to courses@projectmanagement.ie.

Where I can find the history of my previous attempts?

You will get your results right after competing the test. You can also access the history of all attempts under “Quiz Results” in the Profile menu

How can I upload/update my profile picture?

Click on your name in the top right corner of your screen, and you will see a dropdown menu. Select Member Profile, click on Profile Photo, and then Upload the picture you want to display on your profile.

If you do not want to upload a profile picture, a colourful icon is created from your initials.

We recommend updating your personal information on your member profile, as it will be publicly visible to other learners and instructors. Your name and profile picture will also appear next to your comments in any forums or discussions.

How can I edit my personal information?

Click on your name in the top right corner of your screen, and you will see a dropdown menu. Select Member Profile, scroll down to Personal Information, click Edit and when you are ready click Save.

Will this simulator help me gain Professional Development Units (PDUs)?

The PMP Simulator does not provide any project management training, therefore it does not qualify for Contact Hours. You can obtain the required contact hours to be eligible for the PMP exam through our PMP Passport Course!
